ingredients:
1)small onions-1+1/2kgs
2)mutton-1kg
3)coriander powder-4tbsp
4)chillipowder-1 1/2 sps(according to taste)
5)turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
6)salt to taste
7)oil-4tbsps
8)curry leaves-a handfull
procedure:
1)chop small onions
2)heat oil in a pressure cooker and season with mustard and curry leaves 
3)saught the onions till golden brown and add masala powders
4)after the powders are cooked and the oil oozes out add the washed mutton
5)saught for a mintue
6) add 1/4 tumbler water and salt
7)pressure cook till mutton is soft
8)cook till the gravy thickens(paste consistency)
9)serve with hot pooris
10)happy eating
