Onion finely chopped - 1/2 medium size
Tomatoes " - 1/2
Carrots , peas , Cauliflower - 1 cup ( cooked)
Peanuts ( fried) - 10 tsp
Add the above ingredients to the Masala dosai at the end before you take the dosai off the tawa.
