Ulundhu Vadai   

 

Ingredients 

1) Ulundhu - 300 gms

2) onions - 2

3) Green chillies - 3

4) coriander leaves 

5) Pepper - 1 tsp

 

For the batter

Soak the ulundhu for 6 hrs and grind them well, Don't add water while you 

grind the batter

 

To fry

Heat some oil in a pan

Add some salt to the batter 

Add the onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and the pepper.

Mix them well in the batter 

Deep fry them in the oil.

 

Tip :

You can also add some rice while you grind the batter, the vadai will be very crispy
