Thilahavathy Annamalai's Thai Chicken Fry 

Chicken wings - 8 pieces
Grinded ginger paste - 1 tsp
Grinded garlic paste - 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp(Thick soy sauce)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Curry powder - 1 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients with chicken. Marinate the chicken for 3 hours. Heat up oil for frying. Fry the chicken until it turns dark brown. Serve hot with chilly sauce
