Sweet & Sour chicken
Ingredients
170 grams of boneless and skinless chicken
5 fl oz chicken stock
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp salt
1½ tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp water 4 small pieces of pineapple
Preparation
Combine the chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar and tomato
paste in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil and add pineapple pieces.
Blend together corn flour and water and add to sauce. Simmer.
Take the sauce along with 10 tsp of all purpose flour and mix them well
Along with the chicken, let the chicken sit for about 20 minutes.
Deep fry them in oil till the chicken becomes golden brown
