ingredients:potatoes-4(boiled,peeled&mashed)
palak-2heaped(cleaned&chopped)
salt,oilto
deep fry
amchur-2tsp,greenchillies-chopped
ginger-1"chopped,cilantro-˝ bunch
garam
masala-2˝tsp
pastry
sheets(available in shops)
procedure:add allingredients to a nice miture,make desired
size balls.
take the pastry
sheets,let them have room temperature.cut them into squares,and stuff with
potato mixture,and fold them as a traingle.paste the edges with little water.
prepare with total potatomixture.
put them on the baking tray (and pre-heat the oven),kee it in the oven for 8 to
10 min until it done on 200¤c.
serve hot with tomato ketchup,and vegetable fresh sallad.
