Ingredients
For the stuffing
Grated coconut - 2 cups
cardomom - 2
Sugar - 11/2 cup
For obittu
Maida flour - 2 cups
oil - 10 tsp
salt to taste
Method
In a large bowl add the maida and the salt along with the oil and make it into a nice flour, add more oil
if needed , and keep it aside
For the stuffing
Heat some oil in a pan and add little oil and add the cardomom the
grated coconut with the sugar,and then mix it well
Then take little dough and flatten it with hand and add a small ball of the stuffing inside and close it completely and try to spread it out
with hand with moisten it with oil.
And heat a pan and heat the obittu or boli on both sides.
