Chicken Liver sandwich

Chicken liver ¼ kg
Grated cheese 2 tbsps.

Pepper ¼ tsp.
Rum 2 tbsps.
Butter 2 tbsps.
Salt ¼ tsp.
Biscuits 1 pkt.


Preparation

1.Clean and wash the chicken livers and sauté in melted butter until nice and
brown.

2.Cool and blend in a blender with the remaining ingredients and serve on
biscuits etc.
