Ingredients : To Make paneer, take about ½ liter of full fat milk and heat it in a pan when it come to a boil add lemon juice to it, the milk solids will float leaving a light yellowish water, drain them in a towel, and take away the extra water, place it under some heavy substance and after 20 minutes cut them into squares.
Preparation
Fry the
paneer in some oil and after frying them
add them to hot water. Heat some ghee in a different pan, add the ginger Garlic paste, add the onions and fry them till they turn golden brown After the oil separates from the masala add the tomato paste, turmeric powder, masala powder, chilli powder, coriander powder.

Before serving add coriander leaves and lemon juice
