  Mutton dosai or box dosai


Ingredients
Ground mutton or chicken - 200gms
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp
Garam masala paste - 4 tsp
chilli powder - 4 tsp
salt to taste
Eggs - 3
Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 10 tsp
Baking powder - 1 pinch
Cloves , cinnamon , cardamom - each 3
coriander leaves
coriander powder - 2 tsp
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup

preparation

Take a pan and heat some oil in the pan , add the ginger garlic paste along with the onions fry them until the ginger & garlic paste is well cooked, wait till the onions are golden brown

Add the Mutton ( ground) and fry them a bit , keep the gas in low flame and close the pan with a lid, let the mutton cook slowly for 30 - 35 miutes with 1 cup of water, Then add the ingredients while the mutton is cooking

After the mutton is well cooked take out the lid, and fry them in the pan for a while until the water is all out and the mutton is dry only along with the masala .

Add the coriander leaves

Dosa:
Take the maida flour(ALL purpose) - and add it along with the milk a pinch of baking soda and salt

Lay it on a dosa pan and lay it really thin , use 1 tsp of oil and close
them with a lid. Take them out when they are white on both sides . Repeat the process depending upon the number of dosas

Final preparation

Heat the dosa tava, and add the cooked mutton masala in the middle of 1 dosa and dip then in the beaten egg mixture. Then place them on the dosa tawa , apply little ghee or butter, turn them over for a couple of times until the outer egg mixture is cooked, serve them HOT
