Mhoor Kolambu ( Butter milk Kolambhu)

 

Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 1/2 spoon

Sour butter milk - 1 cup

Pepper - 1 spoon

salt to taste

mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon

Red chillies- 4

Green chillies - 2

Shredded coconut - 5 spoons

asafetida

urad

Dhaniya - 1 spoon

turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon

Fenugreek - 1/4 tea spoon

curry leaves

 

Preparation:

 

1) Add some turmeric powder, salt, rice flour, curry leaves to the sour buttermilk.

 

2) Fry dhaniya, urad dal, fennel, Red chillies, asafetida with little oil.

 

3) Grind them well.

 

4) Add the paste to the sour buttermilk.

 

5) Boil the buttermilk mixture till it foams.
