at least 12-24 hours to get the dough to be fermented Preparation : Cook

them come to a boil, then add the coriander leaves Preparation Heat
the dosai tawa, Add the dough and circle the dough and add some oil/ghee to it
and close it with a lid Serve it hot with chutney, sambar
