A unique 3-ply clad base (Aluminum sandwiched between 2 layers of Stainless Steel) allows for even heating. You can cook almost any type of food in this Pressure Pan- from cereals to meat., vegetarian to non-vegetarian. Without the lid, the pan's low depth makes it ideal for frying, deep frying, or sauteeing. You can make anything from an omelette to french fries in it. With the lid on, it becomes a pressure cooker ideal for cooking rice, meat etc. Five safety features: Gasket offset device system, directional pressure regulator, gasket release system, and double locking system.
