Raw Mango pickle
Ingredients :
Raw Mango - 3
Chilli powder - 15 tsp
Turmeric powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 3tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Preparation :
Cut the Mango into small pieces ( or desired shapes) , then Add the salt
and chilli powder and mix them together and store them in a dry glass jar
for 2-3 days then Heat 10 tsp of oil in a pan and then add the mustard seeds
and then add the fried seeds to the bottle and also the turmeric powder
along with the sugar and leave it for 2 -3 days .
