To make paneer
Ingredients:

Milk ( full fat) - 1 gallon
Lemon juice - out of 6 lemons

Preparation:

Heat the Milk in a big pan with medium low heat for about 45 minutes then start to add the Lemon juices you will find the milk to turn into milk solids floating on top of the vessel.

Then try to remove the solids with a help of a sieved laddle. Then 
repeat adding Lemon Juice and continue doing it till you get all the Milk solids out of the milk

There should not be any water in the paneer , after squeezing the water from the paneer , take some heavy object and place it on top of the paneer and then make them into balls,
