Heavy cream [u can find in dairy section of any american groceries] = 1 small
packet.
Tomate paste[hunts]=4 tsp
Chicken breast=100g.
Tandoori masala=3tsp.
Ginger & Garlic Paste=2tsp.
Red chilli powder=1tsp.
Salt=1/2 tsp.
cardamom =1.
procedure: mix the pieces of chicken,ginger&garlic paste,salt,tandoori
masala,and red chilli powder firmly
and marinate them overnight.
After marinating ,cook them in an electric oven at 350 degrees and cook
them until the chicken pieces become tender.
mean while take a kadai ,place a small amount of butter[2 tsp] and mix it
thoroughly with tomato paste.stirr them well for 5 min. later add heavy
cream to it and mix them firmly.Add salt and red chillie powder[amount
depends on ur taste] stirr them well and allow to cook for 5-10 min.
Add chicken pieces to the cream and cook untill bubbles comes.
finally add cardamom and keep it in low flame for 5 min.
Thats it butter chicken is ready to serve.
