Kids noodles ( homemade)

The good thing in them is the taste. But we would
recommend you to not to give the Ready made noodles with tastemaker to the kids   because they contain too much of sodium.

The other best option is to get the ordinary noodles from any chinese store they can be of any flavour ( egg noodles)

Kids noodles
Ingredients :
Noodles - 1/2 pack
Egg - 1 (optional)
Onion - 1/4
Tomato - 1/4
Peas , carrot - 6 tsp ( any vegetable they like)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves thinely cut
Ghee - 4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chillies - 1 ( take them out after you cook them )
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Ground nuts , cashew nuts - 1 tsp ( optional)

Preparation

Heat some ghee in a pan and then add the jeera after a few seconds add the onions ,green chillies and then fry them until they are golden brown, add the egg after the onions fry them until they are cooked

Then add the tomatoes along with the vegetables and let them cook in 1/4 cup of water, then add the rest of ingredients including the masalas. Add 2 - 23/4 cups of water and wait until the vegetables are cooked well now add 2 tsp of sugar and then add the noodles and wait until they are well cooked say about 6 minutes.

Take them off the stove and then garnish them with coriander leaves.
