Fried chicken with a spicy sauce 


Ingredients :
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
To grind :
Garlic - 7 pieces
Onion - ½
Ginger- 10 gms
Coconut - 1 cup
Jeera - 2 tsp
Pepper - 6 tsp

Grind them well in the mixer

Preparation

Heat some oil in a pan,  add the onions fry them well, then add the tomatoes along with the
Coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Then after the tomatoes are cooked add the paste & salt  
Let them simmer for about 40 minutes make sure the masala doesn't stick to the bottom

Fry the chicken seperately seasoned with chilli powder,salt ,ginger & garlic paste

and marinate it for about 20 minutes and then heat a pan add little oil add the chicken let them cook until both the sides are cooked.
And when the chicken is cooked finally 

add some fresh coriander leaves
