For your hair

For a healthy looking hair,  try adding  Almond oil with coconut oil and apply it 20 minutes before you take a hair bath , it would help your hair follicles healthy and your hair shinny

For Grey Hair

To avoid the increasing Grey hairs , eating 1/2 tsp of fresh grated ginger along with 1/2 tsp of Honey every morning , will reduce the growth of Grey hairs.

To reduce Hair Loss

 Heat 3 tsp of  coconut oil and combine with 3 tsp of olive oil and 3 tsp of almond oil and mix  them together and apply them to your scalp and leave it for about 20 minutes  and then have Hair wash

Then also take a wet the towel in hot water and wrap it around your 
scalp and that will help to increase blood circulation. Do it every week.

Wash your hair twice a week, with any herbal shampoo, and then also eat a very balanced meal, try to have a multi Vitamin tablet every day , you will get it in all pharamacies

Applying Henna for Hair


When applying Henna for the hair , normally you just apply the henna directly to your hair and leave it for about 20 minutes and then wash  your hair using shampoo.

Applying Henna would really cool down your body . So some people whose body cannot take up the cold due to applying the Henna can add 1/4 tsp  coffee powder with 12 tsp of Henna and apply it to your scalp.
