Flatten your tummy :
We would recommend you to consult your
general physician or your
gyneacologist before you take up the exercises
The best thing for you to do would be concentrate more on abdomen exercises. And
also you can wear the abdomen tights which would help you give a shape in the
mean time
The abdomen exercises should be started from 2- 3 and increase it day by day -
Lay flat on your back with your legs on a chair bent with your knees facing
towards you, now place both your hands at the back of your head and try lifting
your head with your arms towards your knees ,and get back to the original
posture , you will get better as the days go by. Do 2-3 at one time and then
rest for a while .
Done regularly everyday would give better results.
To reduce your weight :
Good Diet can help you a lot. Try reducing intake of sugars in the form of
natural juices or artificial juices, try reducing oil content in food including
butter. Reduce your serving size day by day, have a correct limit to your food
intake, reduce having small servings of food in middle of breakfast, lunch
and dinner.
A good and healthy form of exercises, also helps a lot , try doing walking,
jogging or aerobics, do it thrice a week. Start slow and you will get better as
days go by.
To reduce excess fat near stomach
Take a good controlled diet with less
fat like reduce the intake of oil and also butter and all sweets, I am not
asking you to avoid them completely , just try to not takes too much.
And also take plenty of greens and vegetables at least one serving per day
And also walk 3 times a week at the most . ( Excercise is really good, you will
feel good and much better) Don't always think that you should reduce weight ,
you will automatically reduce weight if you follow your diet and exercises
And for your stomach try to lie on your back and place your both legs on a
chair or some high place and try to get your head up and down, start
slowly and try to do it for 5 times.
