Fish Baked    

Ingredients :
Fish - 250 gms
Tomato sauce - 3 spoons
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Fish masala - 3 tsp
Curry powder - 2 tsp
Original style Salsa - 3 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Olive oil /ordinary oil - 2 tsp

How to select the fish
It is good if you select the fillet cut fish,  don't cut the fish into small pieces.

Marinate :
Clean the fish in cold water
Take the following in a baking dish, tomato sauce,  coriander powder,  chilli powder,  fish masala,  curry powder,  salsa, coriander leaves, Salt .
Then add the Fish and let it marinate for 1 hour

To Bake :
Preheat the oven for about 350 degrees
Finally after marinating the fish add the oil on top of it
Then cook the fish for about 20 minutes
Then finally broil it for about 3 minutes
Serve it with chappathis
