Enchilada
Ingredients :
chicken boneless - 1/2 pound
onions -2 finely chopped
jalapeno peppers pickled - finely
chopped
Cream of mushroom & chicken soup (
campbell ) - 1 can each ( small )
Velvetta cheese - (mexican style
preferred) - 1/2 pack
Flour tortia's - 2
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
salt to taste
Milk - 2 cup
tobasco sauce - if needed
Preparation
Cut the chicken and cook with water
In a pan add onions, chicken , jalapeno
peppers and the can of soups ,red chilli powder, tobasco sauce add them well
In a seperate bowl add the milk and
cream of mushroom soup together then add the cheese and mix them together
Heat the flour tortilla in the microwave
, Take the chicken in small scoops and add them to the tortilla and then add
the suace to the tortilla
Keep them in the oven for about 40 - 45
minutes
