Chilli Bajji    

 

Ingredients 

 

Banana Pepper (yellow Chilli ) - 15-20 pieces whole

 

For the batter

 

1) Chana flour

2) cooking soda

3) rice flour

4) chilli powder 

5) salt to taste

6) Add sufficient water to bring nice 

consistency to the batter.

 

To fry the bajji

 

1) Take the banana pepper and split them by slicing length wise as shown in the picture. If you prefer you can use whole chilli, but cut only half way through.

2) Remove the seeds if you do not want the bajji to be too hot.

2) Soak them in the batter and deep fry them

3) Serve them hot with tomato sauce.
