 Cabbage Kootu


Ingredients :

Cabbage - medium size
Onion - 1
Green chillies - 3
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
coconut - 8 tsp
coconut oil - 9 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder/chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste 
Sugar - a pinch
Coriander leaves 

Preparation :

To grind 
Add the coconut, along with the green chillies, jeera, turmeric powder, 

grind them well.

Cook the finely chopped cabbage in the microwave for
about 3-4 minutes.


Heat the coconut oil in a pan , add the mustard seeds.


Add the cut onions, fry them well until they turn golden brown. 

 

Then add the cooked cabbage, then add the ground paste to it.

Then add the powders, let it cook for about 15 minutes and 

coriander leaves finally.
