Shameena Kareem's BREAD PUDDING Ingredients:Bread
20 slices For the syrup: Method: Preparation of syrup: Boil 2 cups water. Add 1-cup sugar into it and mix. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Keep it aside to cool completely. Bake bread in oven till golden brown Mix nestle cream, rose water and sugar very well. When the sugar syrup is completely cooled, dip bread slices one by one into it and arrange on a dish. Arrange ½ the slices in this way. Spread cream mix onto this thinly. Keep rest of the slices in the same manner. Then pour the cream mix on top of the bread to make a thick layer.
