Ingredients
Cook 2 cups of dal with 4 cups of rice
Fry 12 tsp of dhaniya with coconut - 1/2 cup 

asafoetida 

urud dal - 4  tsp
chana dal - 6 tsp 

red chillies-10 then grind them well

Then heat some oil and then add onions 1 chopped fine and curry leavesThen add ( cooked vegetables carrot , beans , peas, potato) and then add the ground curry paste and then add the cooked rice.

Let them cook for about 20 minutes .
