Bhonda 

 

Ingredients 

 

Potato - 2

green chillies - 3

peas - 100 gms

sambar powder - 2 tsp

salt to taste 

Onions - 2

 

For the batter

 

1) Chana flour

2) cooking soda

3) rice flour

4) chilli powder 

 

Preparation :

 

1) cook the potatoes and mash them 

 

2) Heat some oil in a pan, add jeera, then add the onions, then add green chillies.

 

3) Add the mashed potatoes, and add sambar powder .

 

4) then add coriander leaves.

 

To fry the Bhondas

 

1) Make the potato mixture to small round balls

 

2) soak them in the batter and deep fry them

 

3) Serve them hot with tomato sauce.
