Badusha
Ingredients
Maida flour - 200 gms
Ghee or dalda - 50 gms
Can make upto 10 with the above measurements
Mix them well with a pinch of cooking soda , the flour should little
watery than chappathi flour
Preperation
Heat 3 cups of water with 3 cups of sugar let the sugar carmelise and let the syrup to cool down
Heat some oil in a pan take some dough and make it into small balls and flatten them and make a hole in the center and deep fry them till they
are golden on the out side, and then take them off the oil and place them inside
the sugar syrup
