American party menu for 50 people

We are here to help you out. So here goes,
Appetizer - Fruit trays - 2 ( each platter size a 12 diameter , cream puffs ( 30 atleast )  , cheese traiangles ( 40 ) on a tooth pick, Potato chips ( 4-5 packs) with salsa or any dip (here is a tip , add any salsa to  a flavoured cream cheese you get an awesome dip)

Main course :
Soup - made for about 30 people - soup bowl size 30 times
Veggie salad - for 30 people, would be 4 - 5 pounds of fresh veggies Burgers - Meat ( 45) burgers make 30 of them beef and the rest 15 to be chicken

Cake - Take this to be a part of your dessert. SO you already have one desert.
Sweet potato biscuit - for 15 people

Ice cream - Get 2 flavors one vanilla the other flavor may be anything , buy atleast 2 big cartons 1/2 pound of each flavors, to serve them along with the cake.

Items that you need for the party:
 Balloons ,decorations ,  Candles for the cake, Knife with a bow, Drinking cups for water, coke , Plates for the appetizers , main course, and for dessert , Paper towels ( Lot of them) Platters to serve them , microwave oven or conventional oven. Scissors, Lot of ziplog bags, Silver foil to cover the left overs, Some crayons for kids(if needed will keep them quite)
